The Lotus Den of Mirefall Alley

Background

A criminal outfit called the Silken Coil has been operating a drug den in the crumbling basement of a former tannery in Low Town. Their product — a smokable resin called Hollowbloom — is laced with the residue of a shattered Dreamsherd, an ancient fey artifact that once allowed its wielder to project illusions into the minds of others. The broken shards were ground into the resin, and now every pipe smoked in that room contributes psychic energy to the largest shard embedded in the basement wall, which broadcasts a shared hallucination to anyone whose mind is sufficiently weakened by the drug.

Present Situation

The Party defeated the Silken Coil and took over the drug den using it to gain control over southern Low Town. A platoon of the 2nd Company is now operating out of it.
