STE Session 2 Recap

What Happened

The party successfully defeated a group of giant beavers dispatching them with some amazing luck.
The party met Eaburn the Logger who is currently transporting the meat from the dispatched beavers.

Our adventurers got entangled in a powerful illusion till the put to rest a powerful fey-born elf.
For someone so powerful to be felled by goblins indicates that the goblins have grown very strong in this area.

After resting above the grave of the fey, the party found a strange hunting lodge. Abis knew that the honey and berries pointed to a magical being of the bear variety.
Inside Bruce the Bemused Brown Bear read and thought.
Debating the Brown One and winning his respect, the party was rewarded with weapons and armor.

After their two day journey into the Stadtenal Mountains, the party came to the The Silver Mines of Grumah the Great.
Now transformed into a series of lakes by a gigantic dam, the area is filled with giant beavers. The players had discovered the cause of Stolen Water and New Burgy's lack of kindling.
The Beaver King has established his base of operations here and was madly plotting the demise of his enemies when the party cut short his time.
Discovering that his suit enabled the speech of beavers, Siegfried donned the magical outfit and took temporary control of the beavers of great size.
The party discussed giving the beavers and the suit to Eaburn and having him lead them to a more suitable abode, such as the Great Canopy.
Reading part of How I Did It A Journal of Revenge the party realized that the The Beaver King was quite mad and obsessed with taking revenge in a most cold and circuitous manner.
