History

The Red Wings were originally founded as the 5th Gryphon Company of the Landermensch in 800 O.M.
During the War of the Emerald Throne their commander, Colonel Willis transferred his unit to the retinue of Prince Folen citing "payment in arrears."
After being employed by Folen for years, in 1060 O.M. the Red Wings went rogue effectively and claimed Fort Eisen as their own.
In 1063 O.M. Willis officially made them his honor guard as Baron of the Eisen Valley, a march claimed by the Landermensch.
